I shipped 2 cars from CO to VA. Apparently AmeriFreight is a broker and will assign your shipment to another carrier, in my case it was "2407 Express LLC¡¯¡¯.
Communication was excellent on both sides of the trip. You can expect e-mails from dispatch a few days before pickup, then on the day of the pickup dispatch will call you and the driver will also call you when he's on the way. Same process on the delivery side.
You make a small payment before the pickup, then pay the balance to the driver upon delivery .
I was very happy with the entire process.
