This was my first time shipping a car, so I learned a few things along the way. I was trying to schedule pickup a couple months ahead of time for a military move. However, the shipment is posted for their drivers to accept, which may not happen for awhile. In my case, the shipment was accepted by a driver about a week before pickup, but still in the time I needed it. In addition, the original price quote may be too low for the driver to accept it, so the price you may end up paying may be higher. This made me question the purpose of some discounts before the shipment is accepted, but I guess it can't hurt to ask. The adjusted price must be approved by you, so there are no surprises in what you end up paying. Once my driver was assigned, the communication with him was outstanding and he was very courteous. His delivery time was very quick and there were no issues. I would use the company again and recommend them. They did offer a discount on the original quote if I completed a review after delivery, but it did not alter my opinions.
