We had used Amerifreight previously and had a flawless experience. However, this time around there was a complete lack of transparency and competent recommendations with regards to how our bid actually compared to the market's/competing bids. This led to a high degree of uncertainty which caused us to become very anxious. Fortunately we were able to escalate our concerns to the manager and were given much clearer guidance. And to Amerifreight's credit, their brand has established very strong relationships with very reliable carriers. So, as indicated in the subject title, at the end of the day we connected with a trustworthy carrier that safely delivered our car from North Carolina to Salt Lake City.
