I used this company based on a friend's recommendation and I am very happy with the results.
The contact person, Jorge, was really easy to get a hold of and helpful with my questions. The driver wasn't as easy to talk to, but was very precise about when he would arrive and where. My neighborhood was too small for the truck, so the driver suggested another nearby location that would work better. He also called me the day before pick up and drop off to give me a 2 hour window of when he would arrive and again on the day of with an exact time.
The price did end up being quite a bit higher than the original estimate; however I anticipated this based on other reviews. Also, the pick up date ended up being 11 days after I had stated as my first available day for pickup. Again, I allowed myself a large window of time before I needed the car in California based on reviews I had read.
Overall, my experience was pretty painless and I would recommend using this company to have your car shipped.
