I spent a great deal of time researching several auto shipment companies online, and had so much trouble establishing contact with them and getting quotes. From the first time I got in contact with Graham at Amerifreight, I knew that they were the company I should move forward with. He described the whole process in a clear, concise manner, and sufficiently answered all the questions I had during our initial phone conversation. He did a great job following up with me via phone and email, making sure I was aware of what the status of my order was. He setup a company called River City Logistics LLC to do the actual transfer. Graham hooked me up with the phone number of the driver of the carrier my car would be riding in. Scott Gray from River City Logistics did a really great job getting my car to TX in perfect condition. The best part was that during the time my car was in transport, I could call Scott to check in with him to see where on his route he was. The day before delivery, Scott called me to make sure we agreed on what time was best to drop the car off. Since I live on a narrow street, he agreed to meet me at shopping center right down the street where it would be easier to park the carrier. The whole time, I felt extremely comfortable interacting with Scott and handing over my keys to him. Overall, I was very happy and comfortable with the whole process. I would definitely recommend doing business with Amerifreight for any of your car transport needs.
