I contacted AmeriFreight to handle the shipment of my personal vehicle when i got out of the military because i was getting a moving truck and couldn't move it myself. My contact Dustin did an excellent job of getting things set up and keeping me up to date on what was going on.
A carrier couldn't be found before I had to leave the area and return to Texas though and so I had to leave keys with a friend. Dustin did an excellent job of handling everything and ensuring me that my absence wouldn't be an issue.
The only issue was finding a carrier to deliver my truck. My hometown is somewhat out of the way and so it was hard to find someone coming this way. During the down times when it seemed like a carrier would never pick up my truck Dustin would always ensure me that they were doing everything they could to find a carrier.
In the end everything worked out very well. Though it was a much longer wait than I would have liked, my truck did get picked up and delivered. The company that took my contract was very professional and stayed in contact with me every step of the way.
As long as I wasn't in a huge hurry to be needing my truck i would certainly use AmeriFreight again for transport.
