I just received my car that was shipped from Southern California t New York City and let me tell you it could not have gone any smoother.
I received an email from Jessica the same day after I booked the order stating to call her regarding a pick up. I called Jessica and she picked up right away to tell me that my car could be picked up in 2 or 3 days. That was great news. Received a call from the driver, Arthur, the day before pick up to schedule a time. Arthur was prompt and the car was picked up on the third day as told by Jessica.
Received a call from Arthur on the 6th day the car was in transit to say the car will be delivered tomorrow between 12 and 2:00. Great. Today I received my car at 1:30. The car was in the same perfect shape as when it left California.
Hats off to Jessica and Arthur for making what could be a stressful situation, stress free.
I hope everyone understands that the time frame was 7-10 days, so getting the car in 7 days was great.
