This is my second time using AmeriFreight and once again I was not disappointed with the service provided. When I called Graham to set up my appointment to ship my truck from North Carolina to Arizona, I received a quote the same day. He was very helpful and layed out all the different pricing options and explained each one to me. From the date of my order, I only gave a two week window when I needed the car to be shipped. To my delight and relief, it only took one week for a pick up to be scheduled and the car to be on its way to Arizona. I was updated and helped at each step of the process; during the first week Graham called to let me know the status of the order with regard to the dispatcher, called after the car was picked up to confirm that everything went well, and once more called after the car was delivered. Overall it was a very good experience without any stress, and should I need another car shipped I would definitely use AmeriFreight again.
