This company has exceeded my expectations. Last year when my husband left for his deployment I had arranged for a car transport from California to Illinois with a terrible company. The company showed up 3 days late and 12 hours before my flight. When I had to find a new company to bring my car back after the deployment I thought they would all be terrible. I was so wrong! This company has a wonderful customer service team. I initially spoke to a few people and then Graham to set up my car transport. They were all very professional, kind and patient. I requested a transport for as soon as possible and Graham took care of it right away. It took a little over a week to be picked up which was fine. In the mean time, Graham called me to give me updates which really eased my mind. When the driver picked up my car he called he had actually called me days before to give me a pick up time and was right on time. The driver actually called the night before to confirm the address and then again the next day. The transport only took 3 days from Illinois to California! When the driver delivered the car he had a bit of a hard time getting onto the military base but he made it! I was beyond impressed with this company and their customer care. I will definitively use this company again and I will be telling all of the other military families what company to use when they need a car transport!
