From the get go, Jorge was very informative and helpful in getting my car shipped from the mainland to Hawaii. Every time I called with an inquiry, Jorge always found the time and the patience to answer my questions. In addition, Jorge updated me pretty frequently regarding details of the shipment: when the car would be picked up, what to present at the pier, the overall process of the car shipment.
I definitely will call on Jorge again when I have to transport my car back to the mainland in the future.
