Overall process was great. Customer service from start to finish was fantastic. My vehicle showed up quickly and was not damaged in any way. Only negative is that I was given a quote originally and then once contracted, was informed the auto transporters often want more money (which did happen). That was disappointing. Other than that it was a good experience.
