Because I missed the deadline to submit a custom order to the BMW manufacturing plant in South Carolina to build a 2014 X3 M-Sport I was left with the task of searching the entire United States BMW dealerships in order to find the exact vehicle that I wanted. I located a vehicle in Texas and thus needed to have it shipped. I spent approximately 1 month researching an auto transport service companies to handle the shipping of my newly purchased 2014 BMW before deciding on AmeriFreight. Jessica was very helpful in responding to my request that I made via live chat on their website and she immediately followed up with a phone call after I submitted my inquiry. The vehicle was picked up from the dealership in Texas on Tuesday which was a day earlier than the earliest pick up date and the vehicle was delivered to my home on Thursday. It arrived in perfect condition much sooner than expected. I was obviously very careful in selecting a reputable transport service and I now know that AmeriFreight is a trustworthy company that uses high quality and reputable carriers. The carrier was United Way LLC and I was provided with the driver's cell phone number so that I could make for direct contact with him. This was very helpful in arranging for delivery and knowing exactly when the vehicle would arrive. The bottom line for me is that I now have a go to trustworthy company in AmeriFreight to ship vehicles for me in the future should the need arise.
