This was my first time shipping a car. I was worried about how the process works. Graham was good in explaining everything to me while giving me the quote. They managed to find a carrier within the selected time window (5 days). When the carrier came to pickup my vehicle he told me my receipt from AmeriFreight was the bill of lading. I called up Graham who told me what I should be getting from the driver to prove he picked up my car. He was also willing to talk to the driver to ask him to give me the bill of lading. AmeriFreight provides a clear invoice with their brokerage charges and the amount to carrier itemized. It's good to have someone knowledgeable on your side when you have no clue how this process works. The staff at AmeriFrieght was courteous throughout our conversations and Graham had someone else call me with updates when he couldn't do so himself. Good service, will recommend to others.
