The contact person is Jessica, she is really nice and responds to the email and phone call promptly, I am really satisfied with her professionalism.

The car arrives a bit ahead of schedule in good condition, my only complaint is the company never tried delivering the car to my door. They just told me that my car arrives at their facility in Chico, CA and asks me to pick it up.

Obviously, I don't have a car in Irvine before I pick up my car, and even if I have a car, I cannot drive two cars back, so I have to ask my friend to drive to Chino with me. The whole journey takes about 2 hours and I paid $20 in tolls. I would be 100% satisfied if they can deliver the car to the destination address I filled in on the contract.
