I was really scared to ship my car and had heard some nightmare stories about companies hiking up prices once the vehicle reached the destination or having the car get there damaged.
I had also read reviews about bad customer service from other providers or not being able to reach anyone after placing the order.
I can honestly say that this was the best and most carefree experience, and I am super surprised and relieved that it went so easy and smoothly.
I placed the order on a Thursday. The evening, Dustin called me with a quote and told me the carrier was asking for a little more money but would have a truck at my location the next day. He said I could deny the offer if I wanted, and he would keep looking for someone else. I asked him if it was a reputable carrier, and he assured me it was. He said that they blacklist any carriers they have bad experiences with, and that this once they use all the time, and have not had a problem. He assured me that the price was set. I accepted the offer, a little scared, but it was still a fair offer, so I went with it.
The carrier company called me on Friday morning to set up pick up. They came and politely loaded my car. Dustin called me to follow up that the car was picked up. The carrier company called to let me know the car was arriving and arrange drop off. The car arrived on day 3. Dustin called to follow up on delivery.
Amazing. No problems at all. I didn't have to worry, and I didn't have to make called to see what was happening. They call you to follow up every step of the way.
Totally recommend. Easy, breezy.
