I received clear and accurate information from my shipping agent so that I knew exactly what to expect each step of the way. They were able to find a shipper for my car (coming from Texas to MA) almost immediately (about 5 minutes after I got off the phone with them). The shipper ended up delivering the car a few days later that they had originally estimated (it had been made clear to me that this was only an estimate), but my shipping agent contacted me promptly go give me an updated estimate of when it would arrive and see if I had any questions. Overall, very happy with the experience.
