We had a horrible experience with a previous shipping company
(starts with the letter P, ends in R), that was extremely unprofessional, calling us in anger stating we wouldn't get our money back, no line of communication at ALL and dealing with them seemed to be a scam and completely uncomfortable.
So then, we called AmeriFreight the next day and the rest is history!
Total opposite with AmerFreight. First off, they are military friendly, great communication, fast result time, HONEST and made us feel SECURE when making the transactions. They don't take ANY money until they find a carrier and YOU agree, period. Who doesn't like when their hard earned money is respected? Once they make the move, everything is in writing via email so no mistakes and unforeseen EXPENSES that surprises you in the future at pickup. Our operator was very informative and made sure we felt comfortable during the process, after all, we were scarred from the previously mentioned transportation company.
We WILL use them again as we travel from different bases and our car needs to be moved. Did I mention that our car was non-operative, and they still didn't make us feel like we were second class to their newer vehicles.
Bottom line, 10 letter word, PERFECTION!
Take it from a family that was wounded and left for dead by another transportation company.
We know perfection when we see it!
