The only issue I had with the service was trying to get the car picked but on the requested day. Originally we were scheduled for a Thursday but the car was eventually picked up on a Sunday after many calls to the office and the driver.
The car arrived 11 days later in perfect condition, i dont think you have much say in when the car will get to your destination, it depends on the driver and his load???

When arranging the pickup for the vehicles, the carrier gives our office an estimated pickup date. Occasionally, due to delays along their route, they can run behind their intended schedule. Delivery windows are estimates as well. The estimated time for going cross country is 7-10 days. Our office is always available to assist the customers in the case of a delay such as in this situation.
