The short of it is that the quote was very fair, the pick-up was essentially immediate and the delivery was a day early. Couldn't have asked for more.
More detail: I purchased a vehicle online for the very first time and did some research as a back-up plan in case the dealership's shipping source was too expensive. After receiving several quotes I researched BBB and customer rating reporting for every carrier from which I received quotes. None were good! So I decided to send a quote request to the company that had the highest ratings on Transport Reviews, and according to my research that was AmeriFreight. Their pricing was in line with the other quotes. The dealership wasn't in any rush to work on shipping options with me so I decided to have Graham at Amerifreight post my request to the boards and find the best option. Unbelievably, he called back within 30 minutes stating a truck could pick my car up that afternoon for delivery in 2 days. Not only was the vehicle actually picked up but the driver delivered the next evening rather than the 2nd day. The transporter was ZaZa Transprt. The driver was fantastic and honest. The communication was great the entire time.
Bottom line is that I am incredibly pleased that the experience was so good. I read many horror stories online prior to choosing my shipping option. I couldn't have done any better if I had my own truck. Thank you, Amerifreight and ZaZa.
