This was my second time using AmeriFreight, and both times I had great experiences. This time, I had Jessica as my main contact person, and she was wonderful in informing me about the process and my options. I shipped my car under their Discounted Economy Saver rate, so I had to be flexible and standby for cancellations. Jessica again, was very prompt to email me and call me when there was a carrier available. The first carrier she found for me required extra payment, which was outside my budget, and she was patient to find me another. The second carrier worked out perfectly. Overall, AmeriFreight's services and employees seem to be very professional, and I would highly recommend their services- especially for people who have never or do not transport vehicles often. Next time I need car transportation, I will definitely be calling AmeriFreight again!
