I chose Amerifreight to broker the transport of our 2 vehicles based on both their positive internet reviews and their lowest initial quote ($850.00 per vehicle). After speaking to the representative in Georgia, it was explained to me that, due to the time-sensitive nature- and the remote geography- of my relocation, the rate would potentially escalate to $1350.00/vehicle (still a competitive rate in comparison to other companies), mostly to entice carriers. Both Bob and Graham Turner (in California and Georgia, respectively) were on point throughout the whole process. My concerns were addressed directly and my inquiries or requests received prompt replies. The carriers, incidentally, Carolina Coastal Auto Transport & Logistics, were outstanding. Despite the bad weather (snow storms) in Tennessee, they stayed in touch with us by telephone and they arrived a day earlier to the pick up point. The 2-men crew were very accommodating, very polite and very knowledgeable of their trade. The vehicles were supposed to be delivered to us on 02/07 and, again, despite of the awful weather along the I-26 and I-40 corridors, not only they managed to arrive to Silver City, NM a day earlier but they also found the time to have both vehicles washed prior to delivery. A very thoughtful and, certainly, a very nice touch! Despite of the stress and anxiety generated by the 2000 miles relocation, I was very satisfied with the overall experience with Amerifreight. They did a superb job. Would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anybody in need of an auto transport broker.
