This was my second vehicle transport from Charleston South Carolina to Portland Oregon. I had used AmeriFreight the first time and it had gone flawlessy. Before I scheduled the second shipment, I did a little research and once again found positive reviews for AmeriFreight. A couple of those reviews mentioned "Jessica" and I was pleasantly surprized when I contacted AmeriFreight and she became my agent. Her professionalism and overall pleasant demeanor made this entire transaction a great experience. Despite some mechanical problems that delayed the shipment out for a few days, the car got to it's destination in fine shape and the scheduling of the delivery on that end was good. Jessica's communications with me during the process helped resolve any anxiety. A company that hires and retains people such as Jessica has to have a lot going for it. I'd certainly use them again and recommend them to others.
