I selected this freight company because of their BBB rating as well as the seller's feedback on the company. The seller subscribes to a freight rating database. Overall the experience was above average. However, the two issues that I had were the following:
1) The pickup was supposed to be on a Monday. The driver did not show up until Tuesday. No phone call was received explaining the reason for the delay. The email stated the pickup date was estimated but a phone call or email should have been sent. Delivery date was on the estimated date (Wednesday) but that was unexpected as I figured it would be delayed a day. 2) I don't believe I received a valid reason why did the price increased from $995 to $1200. It was explained to attract drivers to deliver to Arkansas. However, it turns out the driver lives about 10 miles from the delivery point so he would simply be returning home. At this point, I feel I paid $155 more than necessary for the same service.
