We sincerely apologize to this customer for the difficulties caused by the carrier. We also apologize for any lack of communication on our part. At Amerifreight, we make communication with customers a top priority, and we feel that it truly sets us aside from others in the industry. Our freight agents are always very busy serving customers and will respond as soon as they have news on a shipment. We never deem any order less important than another. We do value every single comment our customers make and will learn from this incident to ensure that future customer experiences are the best they can be.
