After searching online for a decently rated shipping company, we found Amerifreight. A few things...first the company had a guy named "Bob" who was actually helpful quote me $650 for the full trip which included the deposit ($250). This however is contingent on finding a driver to actually take the "bid" for our car to ship across country. Well after a week, no word from Bob and nothing else going on...I emailed, no reply and then called and was told that he no longer works there!!! So they put me in touch with Jorge and he was prompt and courteous and i guess honest as well. He said that the driver locally wanted $900 which was absurd and I mentioned that i'll split the difference ($150) which he accepted, no quarrels. The truck arrived literally to the hour that we needed them to deliver it which was great and the driver himself was a pretty nice guy as well. All in all, paid $800 for everything and we're happy with how everything worked out.
