Pick up driver worked around our steep driveway and quickly loaded the car in the three laned street in front of our home, without too much traffic disruption. Delivery driver met me at an alternative location (rental car dropoff site) and made sure that the car started for me before he left. Will use the same company and hopefully, the same drivers, when we take the car back to Georgia. PS there is a discount offered to enter this feedback, but I get the same discount whether the feedback is positive or negative, so the discount did not bias my entry
