The pickup truck was in bad condition. I wasn't sure the pickup truck would make it to destination. The driver indicated that the truck would be changed for transport and delivery, which made me uncomfortable seeing a sub par truck being used at all.
Communication was pretty consistent, but based on past experience it seems like all these companies care about is maximum business and minimal service satisfaction. Why is it every time I have a vehicle shipped it is late? This is not good business. If the standard is to put business before the customer then I will keep searching for a carrier that will put customer need before everything.
