I moved to Utah for college and the Veteran's Administation, needed a way to get my truck up from Texas. After a run in with a bad shipping company, I did better research and found Amerifreight. They had solid reviews and accredited by the BBB. So I gave them a shot. Rachael was my rep, and she was awesome! Very knowlegable, professional, and understanding of my current situation. With little effort on my half (had to get the height of my truck for trailer clearence) my job was posted. Waited about a week for pick up. I live in a very rural part of TX, so this is understandable. Rachael did call me, during that time, to assure me that my work order was placed and we were just waiting for a driver. Once we had a driver pick up was arranged promptly. He was on time and it was only after I had my vehical on a trailer Amerifreight took out the $250 deposit. I got my truck within the projected time window of 5-7 days (morning of the 6th day) damage free. I paid the driver the remaining balance $700. All in all $950 to move my truck up here. Done deal! And still $250 cheaper than that first bad shipping company I tried before Amerifreight. I'm very happy with this company and if I had to move another vehical it's going to be with them.
