I was new to the whole car shipping thing, but after I talked to Bob I had a good understanding. He was patient, honest, and explained things well. I appreciated that he informed me that the price point I chose was going to take a lot longer than what I wanted, so I happily upgraded to the premier package. Fred the driver was polite, called me several times to give me updates, and was there to pick up/drop off the car when he said he would. The car was safe and just as it was when I dropped it off (of course it was dirty but that's no one's fault and this was expected). I would choose this company and driver again for sure.
