Zaza is the driver who picked up our car from Pennsylvania and dropped off at my uncle's place in California. First of all, I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to pick up my car myself at the delivery location but Zaza made everything easy and the process worked smoothly. He picked up our car on time, and throughout the process, he kept good communication with us, calling us letting us know when he'll be picking up the car and dropping off. Definitely would use this carrier again!
