Did not have a specific time we had to ship the car, we were pretty flexible. They guaranteed us a pickup date, and put us on a "will call" list if something opened up earlier; and it did. We were given a few days notice to pick up the car and it was all set. They came directly to our house and were on their way. At destination, they delivered to the door. Driver was very very nice and professional. Highly recommend.
