I was super weary while trying to find a transport company for my Prius but immediately was set at ease seeing the BBB as well as reading all of the reviews about AmeriFreight. After speaking with Rachel I felt even MORE at ease. She was very informative and made sure I was comfortable with everything from responding to my emails promptly to walking me through every step of the process from pickup to the drop off in California. I was not sure of my new address at the time, but Rachel assured me that was not a problem. There was some paperwork that I was weary of signing and Rachel assured me and went over with me every detail so I knew what I was signing and was not getting duped into some extra charge. They are a honest company, hence why I will recommend them to ANYONE who is looking to get their car shipped. I had to drop my car off early at the actual AmeriFreight headquarters and they gave me such a warm welcome and were there ready to help me or reassure me that my car will get to California in one piece. They were able to store my car there for a few days until they found someone who was able to deliver it which was quick, not to mention my car got to me in THREE DAYS!!! Amazing! The trucking company they used was great and I could not have asked for a better experience. My roommate also used AmeriFreight for her car and agrees with me entirely! Such a treat and will recommend them to everyone I know, hands down!
