This was my second experience shipping a vehicle in a couple months and this was much better than my first with a different company. They were very open that if you want to imrove chances for quick pick-up the price will be higher versus a low price and waiting forever if this is not an option. The car ended up being a day late as driver had a breakdown but the driver called me immediately and explained and offered solutions to meet my schedule.
