Excellent service helped us in a difficult time

Because of a family health issue, we needed to move a vehicle from southern Arizona to Chicago - and we needed to do it quickly. I contacted AmeriFreight and within a half-hour had a very reasonable rate quote with options for a pickup within a matter of days. Having never done this, I had many questions, and my agent was wonderfully responsive. The car had to be picked up from an assisted-living facility. We received notice of the pick up the day before, the morning of and a half-hour before the driver arrived. The driver was very kind and thorough, making it easy for our relative to deal with everything. We were expecting a delivery in about 7 days, which was perfectly fine. Then after three days we got a call saying the car had already arrived. The driver delivered the car - in perfect condition - to our home and again was as courteous and polite as can be. The company then followed up to make sure everything had gone well. I could not more highly recommend AmeriFreight. Great service, and great people. They made a difficult time much easier for us.
