My previous experience with a car transport company was not a very good one because I lost trust in their company. They took my order,immediately charged my credit card account and then would not return my phone calls. AmeriFreight not only waited to charge my credit card account until they had secured a carrier to ship my car, but called me to let me know what was happening with the process.
Communications is an important thing for me and Bob was great to work with. He did every thing that he said he would and in a timely manor Thanks alot.
The driver of the carrier truck was a very professional driver and great to work with.
