for my first ever experience of using a hired vehicle transport, i am amazed at the ease and professionalism shown by our shipping agent Graham Turner. if anything, i didn't know what questions to ask, and the information that Graham emailed to me, and followed up with by phone call, was complete, easy to understand and straight forward. once the order was set in motion, everything happened quickly and efficiently. the carrier called and communicated with me a few times both before pick up, and delivery. i did not have to worry about my vehicle and i found the service to be reliable. i would definitely use it again.
