I appreciated that when my original carrier bailed (first claiming scheduling issues, then claiming transmission problems with the truck), AmeriFreight was able to find me a new carrier within the day. They do their best to find the right carrier for the job within your timeframe, and to be honest with you about the process. The couple who ended up delivering our car was responsive and helpful.
I also thought AmeriFreight's pricing was very reasonable, and it was nice working with a broker, rather than having to bid with the carriers directly.
