I have shipped cars a few times so I know what to expect from a transport company. I had called two companies that I had used before and was so disappointed by the attitude of their customer service people that I actually complained to a supervisor!
I had read reviews on Amerifreight both on Yelp and also on the review sites so I called on a Sunday morning as we were running out of time to ship our cars. We were shipping from CA to Florida and needed a departure in a week. Jorge was my customer service rep and he was awesome. He was patient in explaining all the options and the process of the shipping and his follow up was immediate. I had my shipping date confirmed within 2 days and the price he quoted me held firm. He called several times to check on the carrier company and to ensure that they were doing what he expected them to be doing. Our cars were delivered a week early and we had no issues at all. I would definitely recommend Amerifreight and ask for Jorge!
