I shipped my car from California to New Jersey. The person who set up the transport was great. The company he contracted out to was not so great. They picked up my car on time, but after that I did not hear from them until I called amerifreight back the day it was supposed to be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered the day of the 23rd, but we did not receive it until very late on the 24th. It was dark outside and the car was very dirty so I would not have been able to tell if it was dented or scratched. They gave me a phone number to track my car, but every time I called no one answered. The company was not horrible, but next time I would spend the extra money for a better company.
