I had went through many options too find a company too ship our vehicle. I Found one company, but there customer service was poor and they are not honest. I searched and found Amerifreight with great reviews, but also BBB recognized. I knew I had to go with them. I called there number spoke with BOB he was very professional which made me feel welcome, made me feel like he has done this along time and he would be trustworthy. Not only did he do his job well. He let me knew that I was the boss of controlling the amount I wanted too pay if a driver would as for more money too ship after the quote he gave me. AmeriFreight is what you want to get the job done, but it's up too the driver's you get to carry out the job that AmeriFreight set to get done. My driver was very nice, but there customer service communication is poor. I didn't receive a call telling me they will be late picking-up my car or what day it will be delivered do to late pick-up. I had to once again contact BOB too handle the problem. The problem got handled & I received a call saying they were picking it up. Never did they contact me saying well we have made it too Texas etc etc should be arriving tomorrow approximately this time. What if I had a doctors visit or a sick child, maybe an emergency were I couldn't be available & couldn't get a person once they finally called the day of delivery 2 hours prior. BOB called to tell me the day prior to the delivery date and told me it will be delivered late! On delivery everything looked good driver was nice help get the car started do to battery issues paid him $700 & thanked him for his service. Overall, my driver didn't do his all too make me return for service, but due to BOB I will recommend & returned if needed! Thank you BOB!!!
