The pickup & delivery of the auto to us was quite satisfactory, and the auto was in good condition (as good as when picked up), and the delivery date was earlier than estimated, which suited us just fine. The driver of the truck was polite pesonable and skilled.
The main contact person, Rachael was quite nice and knowlegeable, so I gave her a good rating. She was not dependable as to getting back to us on the phone when we asked her to clarify some things, so I did not give her the highest possible rating, however, she was good.
