This was my first experience with shipping a car and it was wonderful! Graham responded immediately everytime I called and it was like talking to my son. He promised, he delivered, he followed up. He even called me when our car broke down and we sent him an urgent email...but he wasn't even working. The carrier was CL Express-Cornel. He was incredible. It was pouring rain the day of pick up and we had car trouble. We live deep in the mountains of Virgina so we asked if we could meet him in Knoxville. When we saw we were running late due to weather, etc. he told us he was there early but the weather was so bad that he was going to wait up to an hour and a half-told us to slow down and drive safely. Delivery was supposed to be 4-5 days later, but he delivered it in 2 days-wow! I don't know what other companies offer, but when I worked with the best-Amerifreight-, who cares!
