Bob did an excellent job and was always available to answer questions; and i had many. He was forthright in his answers even when they were not directly to his advantage. He was on top of the job at all times. i only have one complaint, and it has nothing to do with the service. The initial quote was by a substantial margin lower that all of the other companies i considered reputabe. i spent several days searching for companies and researching their performance. This involved a net search and questions put directly to the companies. Only a few companies made the cut which depended on ratings and price. Bob's price was the best and his company highly rated. they could not meet the quoted price but tried very hard. they did admit the chances of meeting the quoted preice was low but not impossible and they did what they could to meet it. the final price was acceptable and fair. It was close to several of the other quotes i received, of which there were many. other than this one thing i think the service was excellent. the final cost
was reasonable and once scheduled the service timely. pick-up and delivery were both early but with adequet warning on both ends. Initially it took quite a while to get a carrier but i expected and was told about this because of the low bid. i had plenty of time and it was not an issue. once a carrier was found every thing went rapidly and without problems. overall a good experience.
