Amerifreight was good in explaining the procedure and types of contracts, and prompt at answering calls and responding to concerns. Overall they are a good broker, and got me a shipping company within the time frame and budget I had in mind. However, the transport company they contracted me with in the end was non-communicative and hard to get a hold of, they were late by a day in the promised pickup time they told me over the phone, and ended up picking up the car at 1 am in the morning. I would prefer if Amerifreight contracted with a more professional transport service.
