We phoned Amerifreight after getting a list of many high-rated transporter brokers. From our initial call we received excellent information for a car that we wanted to send from New Jersey to Washington State. Ms. Woods and her staff not only helped us via their sincerity, honesty,thorough information of the process from start to finish. We had told them that we had
had prior business with a transport company and that we were scammed , lost our deposit and the company never showed up to pick up a car that wanted shipped from Georgia to New Jersey.
WE HAVE ONLY THE HIGHEST REGARD FOR AMERIFREIGHT. EVERY PART OF THE SITUATION WAS HANDLED ABOVE BOARD AND VERY COMPETENTLY. "THE CAR WAS DELIVERED ON mONDAY, mAY 19TH, JUST AS WE HAD ASKED. OUR FAMILY MEMBERS WERE MOVING FROM ENGLAND TO THE SEATTLE AREA. fOLLOWING THE ABOVE PRIOR "HORROR" WE WERE WVERY COMFORTABLE DOING BUSINESS WITH MS. WOODS AND AMERIFREIGHT.OUR DAUGHTER AND FAMILY WERE NOT AT THEIR NEW HOUSE WHEN THE CAR ARRIVED, MANY ERRANDS HAD TO BE RUN. THE CAR WAS LEFT IN THEIR DRIVEWAY. WITH A NOTE ON THE WINDSHIELD TO FAX THE PAPERS THAT HAD TO BE SIGNED ASAP. AN AUDIBLE SIGH OF RELIEF AS WE GOT THE MESSAGE THAT OUR FAMILY HAD THE CAR IN THEIR POSSESSION. The serv ices were wonderful and we greatly appreciated all that Ms. Woods and her staff did for us.
