Initially Amerifrieght was very difficult to contact. I submitted two quote requests and only heard back the second time. I called the number a few times within four days and left three messages. I was in a hurry to set everything up because I was about to go visit my parents that are serving in the military overseas. Because I wasn't going to be in the country I requested to be contacted through email. After a couple days I finally heard back when I was out of the country already and decided to use the link in the quote email to transfer the quote to an order. From there it took a few hours of emailing back and forth to set everything up. In the end I was happy that everything worked out. The car was picked up on time as promised and their services were AMAZING!!
