Shaky start but turned out great

I was very unfamiliar withe the car transport process, and accepted a lowball quote from Jorge, based on Amerifreights positive reviews. After further researching the process I realized the broker pins the quote price to a carrier board which the carriers checks when they know they will be in an area and have room on the truck.. The higher the quote the better odds you have of getting your car picked up. I called Jorge and asked him to up the price to a point where he thought it would get picked up in time.. From that point on, Jorge was on the job, he lowered his commision up the price to the carrier and got my car picked up real quick. My suggestion to anyone using a broker, ask what are the odds the car will be picked up at the quoted rate. My original quote was 30% chance of pick-up.. Ask how much to get to 80%.. That is the number that worked for me, almost instantly! Overall after getting my research in, I was really comfortable and happy with my choice.. The car made it to Seattle the day I flew in.. Pretty amazing.
