Intially there were many problems getting a confirmed pick up - delivery date and driver, we had severall drivers cancel and it was a very stressful process. I had the car delivered to my University and when I left for school the date of delivery was going to be 3 week later. However, I recived a call at school two or three days later from the driver who said he would pick the car up the next day and have it delivered in the early am the day following the delivery. I was very relieved to see the issues had been resolved and there was going to be a delivery in the week that was requested and not 3 weeks later. The driver was great in keeping me informed on the the pick up and delivery times and was very accessible should I feel the need to contact him. He called ahead of time to get all the necessary pick up and drop off information and the rest of the process was smooth and stress free. Upon the pick up there were a few slight damages, mainly scratches on the front and back sides of the bumper and passenger doors but they were very minor in terms of damage quality. The result was great but the process of getting a confirmed date of pick up and delivery was really poor as it resulted in constant cancelation of a previously confirmed driver which resulted in new drivers with a drastically different and undesirable pick up and drop off date. Luckily the company was able to resolve this and secured a driver who got the car to me ASAP with very little damage and ultimately no wait time (regarding drop off date).
