I have mixed feeling about AmeriFreight as a broker. They did get the car shipped- pickup was only one day later than the expected five day window. The actual shipper did a great job, friendly and professional.
What was not pleasant was the way AmeriFreight treated me. They charge a high broker fee ($300) and that includes a supposed $50 discount that is contingent upon writing them a review- and they even prompt you on what kind of review to write, and say please only give us a five star rating. For $300 to arrange shipping I expect great service. They got it done, but were not super responsive during the pickup window. The only time they were good about being in contact was after the car was shipped, where they sent me an email every single day asking for this review and reminding me that if I don't write a review they will charge me an extra $50.
So yes, they will get the car shipped. But be prepared for a less than stellar customer service experience.
