Let me start off by saying that I have never had a need to ship a vehicle. My son is a Marine and was stationed at Camp Pendleton, California. When he left the service he decided to stay in California. I felt that he needed some reliable transportation because he is working and going to college. I made a few phone calls and was not satisfied with the remarks and quotes I received from several transport companies. My son mentioned AmeriFreight since several veterans have used them in the past. My wife called and established a contact with Bob Turner. Bob talked with my wife for over an hour by answering every question she could think of. Once the agreement was approved we were able to stay in contact with Bob through some different negotiations. Bob was always very professional and courteous when we needed to ask a question along the way. I used e-mail as my communication and Bob responded the same day on every e-mail. Once a transporter was selected they were prompt to pick up and deliver the vehicle. We were very fortunate by working with Bob Turner. AmeriFreight is very lucky to have employees like Bob Turner.
I hope I never have cause to transport another vehicle but if I do my first call will be to Bob Turner at AmeriFreight.
